Lyngheiðr (Japanese: リュングヘイズ Lyngheiðr) is a weapon skill in the sword category which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes. It is a personal weapon of Reginn. Lyngheiðr is a skill that boosts its user's Speed at all times, boosts its user's Attack and Speed during user-initiated combat, and reduces the damage of the target's initial strike. Additionally, during the first four turns, Lyngheiðr allows its user to move up to three additional spaces after acting.
