Lyngheiðr

Lyngheiðr (Japanese: リュングヘイズ Lyngheiðr) is a weapon skill in the sword category which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes. It is a personal weapon of Reginn. When its user initiates combat, Lyngheiðr boosts their attack and speed and reduces the damage of the foe's first strike. Additionally, during the first four turns, Lyngheiðr allows its user to move up to three additional spaces after acting.

Special cooldown count-2 to unit before
unit's first attack during combat. At start
of combat, if unit's HP ≥ 25%, restores 7 HP
to unit after combat.

【Phantom】
If a skill effect compares unit's stats to a foe's
stats, treats unit's stats as if granted +X.
