Lull Attack/Speed (Japanese: 攻撃速さの凪 Attack/Speed Lull) is a three-tiered passive type B skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; the individual tiers of the skill are Lull Atk/Spd 1, Lull Atk/Spd 2 and Lull Atk/Spd 3 in order from lowest to highest. Lull Atk/Spd reduces the foe's attack and speed and neutralizes their bonuses to those stats; the size of the stat drops increases with the skill's tier.
