Lucia (ルキノ, Rukino), known as Luchino in the Japanese versions, is a vassal to Elincia and the commander of the Royal Guards. She is the older sister of Geoffrey and is extremely close Elincia. During the events of Radiant Dawn, she was captured and almost hung by Lord Ludveck during his final attempt of his rebellion. Before she was killed, Ike and the Greil Mercenaries freed her and defeated the rest of Ludveck's troops.

The name Lucia is of Latin origin and is a form of Lucianus. It means light.
