Class change
The class a unit changes into in Thracia 776 is determined by the unit and not the class; however, all units in the Loptr Mage class have the following class change option:
Playable Loptr MagesTrivia
- An unused female version of the Loptr Mage exists in the game's data. It has the same stats as female Mages and almost the same weapon levels as the male Loptr Mage, but it has D level Fire instead of E.
- The Loptr Mage was likely a Fire-focused Mage in earlier development, given that the game has Thunder- and Wind-focused Mages in the data (used by enemy and playable units, respectively), the presence of a generic Mage (which is unused), the Loptr Mage's placement among the Mages in the data, the absence of a Fire-focused mage, and the unused female Loptr Mage having a D level in Fire.
