Kia
From Fire Emblem Wiki, your source on Fire Emblem information. By fans, for fans.
(Japanese: キア Kia) is a restorative staff exclusive to Fire Emblem: Thracia 776. Capable of reversing the petrifying effects of the Stone spell, it is usable only by Manfroy of the Lopt Sect and by his family[1]. During the fight at Munster, it was obtained by Leif's army, and was used by Manfroy's granddaughter Sara to cure Eyvel of her petrification at the hands of Veld.
