Analysis
This character analysis section may not be accurate to every player's experience. |
Juno joins near the end of the game, but looking at her bases you would be forgiven for guessing otherwise. She also has poor growths that do not do her any favor and make it clear that Juno will not be improving much if not given statboosters. While Juno's 16 base speed might seem quite high, because of her 7 constitution she will often be weighed down when using lances. For example, using the silver lance will drop her speed to a rather unimpressive 13 and will make it hard for her to double enemies, but at the same time Juno has low strength making weapons such as the silver lance necessary for her to do any notable damage. This could be fixed by letting her use swords, but Juno only comes with E rank swords and no good time to train up said rank. Juno is also fairly frail, coming with only 33 HP and low defense, but she does have fairly high resistance giving her some uses against enemy magic users. However, Juno's main strength is her flying utility and 8 movement due to her prepromoted class. Because of the large maps in The Binding Blade a high movement unit is very useful, however Juno does face competition from other flying units such as Shanna, Thea, Zeiss and Melady all of whom have better availability and have likely outgrown Juno if trained up. Still, Juno can serve as a decent filler unit due to her flying and rescue utility, but she is not useful for much more.
