Indignant Bow

Indignant Bow (Japanese: 義憤の強弓 Bow of Righteous Indignation) is a weapon skill in the bow category which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; it is a personal weapon of Ronan. When its foe has full HP or initiates combat, Indignant Bow boosts its user's attack, reduces the foe's attack, and neutralizes penalties to its user's attack and bonuses to the foe's attack.
