Imprisoner of Magic
From Fire Emblem Wiki, your source on Fire Emblem information. By fans, for fans.
Imprisoner of Magic (Japanese: 魔封じの者Magic Sealing Person), known—possibly erroneously—as Prisoner of Magic in Hector's tale, is a side quest of the eighteenth chapter of Eliwood's tale and nineteenth of Hector's tale in Fire Emblem: The Blazing Blade. To play this chapter, the player must finish the previous chapter in 15 turns or less.
Following Uhai's directions, Eliwood, Hector, and Lyn continue their journey to the Dragon's Gate. In the forest a malicious aura falls upon the group, and Lyn and Hector bicker with each other. Depending on if the player is in Hector's or Eliwood's tale the scene is slightly different. In Eliwood's tale, Eliwood is shown speculating on Elbert's intentions with the rebellion, while in Hector's tale the scene focuses on Lyn and Hector's argument about Hector's armor being too noisy. Eliwood approaches the pair and breaks up the argument.
Meanwhile, Aion, a Black Fang agent, is lurking nearby, aware of Eliwood and the others' presences. Aion comments that Uhai failed due to a lack of foresight, which Aion claims to possess in excess. Aion bides his time and waits for the group to draw nearer.
Eliwood sees ruins ahead, and wonders if they are the Dragon's Gate. Ninian warns the group of the approaching Black Fang; Eliwood decides avoiding them would cause more trouble and decides to take them on. In Hector's tale, Hector comments that he is at a disadvantage against magic, and Eliwood suggests that Hector stay off the front lines, which Hector somewhat takes as an insult.
After some fighting, a mysterious figure appears on the west side battlefield. Aion is distraught when he realizes his magic is nonfunctional; a Black Fang member alerts Aion that a Magic Seal has appeared on the battlefield.
After defeating Aion, the group discusses the cessation of functional magic. They come to the conclusion that the aura that nullified the magic was the same one that had caused their emotional irritation earlier. They place this conversation aside, determining it to be irrelevant as the cause has vanished.

Intro:This place...It is filled with a dreadful air. Ah...Thick with menace... Hm? Oh, yes. The augury.
Augury:...Mmmm... ......You must beware magical attacks... They will not attack from the front... If you wait, though... something may happen. For good or for ill, that I cannot say. Ah, I can see no more.

Trivia
In the turn count listing at the end of the game, this chapter is misspelled as Imrisoner of Magic.
Renault makes an appearance at the temple in the southwest part of the map. When visiting him, his dialogue will remain the same, but the person who visits him will react differently from character to character.
The beginning log of this chapter suffers from a minor mistranslation. In the Japanese version, the name of the main lord of the chosen story is mentioned. In the localization however, this mention was replaced with a "they" for the entire player army, making it seem as if the text is primarily about Lyn.

• Imprisoner of Magic • Prisoner of Magic
• The name used in 18x of Eliwood's tale. Refers to Kishuna's magic suppressing ability. • The name used in 19x of Hector's tale, this seems to be an error of some sort.

Magic Sealing Person, in Japanese this chapter's name is the same as the Japanese name of the Magic Seal class. The name of this chapter is the same across Eliwood and Hector modes.
