Icy Blood (Japanese: 氷の血 Icy Blood) is a skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Fates. The personal skill of Flora, it counters the damage done by any enemy back to that enemy should the user's HP have not been full at the time, and additionally dropping the enemy's Skill and Speed in the process.
