Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon & the Blade of Light

The Hero Crest (Japanese: ゆうしゃのあかし Hero's Proof or 英雄の証 Hero's Proof) is one of several promotion items in the Fire Emblem series.

In the original Archanea games, it was used to promote mercenaries to heroes. Its use was later extended to myrmidons and fighters, and, in The Binding Blade, to pirates and brigands.

In the remakes of the Archanea games, though, it was replaced by the Master Seal.

The hero crest is available in five games: Shadow Dragon and the Blade of Light, Mystery of the Emblem, The Binding Blade, Fire Emblem: The Blazing Blade, and The Sacred Stones.
