Heralding Horn

From Fire Emblem Wiki, your source on Fire Emblem information. By fans, for fans.

Heralding Horn (Japanese: 新年を開く角 New Year's opening horn) is a weapon skill in the beast category which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; it is a personal weapon of the New Year's variation of Ash. When a foe initiates combat or is at high HP, Heralding Horn boosts the user's attack and drops the foe's, and grants additional effects based on the number of allies near the user.
