Guidance (Japanese: 空からの先導 Guidance from the Sky) is a three-tiered passive type C skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; the individual tiers of the skill are known as Guidance 1, Guidance 2, and Guidance 3 in order from lowest to highest. Units with a Guidance skill allow any infantry or armored allies within two squares of the user to be able to move adjacent to the user; the HP threshold required for this to take effect drastically decreases with the skill's tier.
