Grandscratcher

Grandscratcher (Japanese: 孫の手 Backscratcher) is a weapon skill in the staff category which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes. On the user's first turn, Grandscratcher reduces the special cooldown count of the allies with the highest attack.
