The Golden Deer House (Japanese:
History
Class of 1180
Since the beginning of the year, multiple students residing in the Leicester Alliance enroll into the monastery and join the Golden Deer House, studying and fighting along the way. Depending on the player's choices, Byleth can potentially become the house's teacher.
On the Verdant Wind route, all previous students of the house reunite with their teacher in 1185 on the day of the millennium festival and accompany them throughout the war against the Adrestian Empire. On the Silver Snow, Azure Moon, and Crimson Flower routes—save for Lorenz in Silver Snow and Azure Moon, and Hilda in Crimson Flower—the recruited members join Byleth's chosen faction on the other routes if they were recruited during Part I.
If not recruited on the Silver Snow and Azure Moon routes, most members remain at Claude's side and fight alongside him in the Battle at Gronder sans Lorenz (who defects to the Empire after the timeskip) and Marianne; Hilda always survives the struggle on Azure Moon to protect Derdriu along with Claude and Judith from Imperial forces. On the Crimson Flower route, Ignatz, Leonie, Lysithea, and Hilda remain on the Alliance Leader's side and protect Leicester from the Black Eagle Strike Force.

Trivia
- The Golden Deer are the only house whose members won't desert the party under any circumstances if the player chooses them at the beginning of the game.
- The Golden Deer are the only house whose members can all survive the events of the game on a route outside their own (in this case, Azure Moon if Lorenz is recruited and Crimson Flower).
