Gail (Japanese: ガイル Gail) is the leader of a group of ruffians known as the Macedonian Vikings and the boss of chapter 4 of Fire Emblem: Mystery of the Emblem Book 2 and its remake, New Mystery of the Emblem. Gail and his vikings stand in the way of both Marth and his band as well as Ogma escorting the Grustian prince and princess on their approaches toward Wendell's location. Even with the aid of reinforcements, Gail and his vikings end up defeated, not just by Marth, Ogma, and their respectve companions, but also a mysterious traveler.
