Freezing Seal is a passive type B skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; unlike most passive skills in Heroes, Freezing Seal comes in only one tier. Units with Freezing Seal, at the start of its player's phase if its user is at half health or higher, take the enemy unit with the lowest Resistance and drops their Attack and Speed significantly through its next action; it is currently unknown what happens in the event of an enemy Resistance tie, such as in part 1 of the Book I prologue (where all enemies have 2 Resistance).
