Fell Flambeau

Fell Flambeau (Japanese: 仄暗き邪竜の松明 Gloomy Fell Dragon Torch) is a weapon skill in the blue tome category which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; it is a personal weapon of the desert-themed variation of Katarina. When its user is not adjacent to any allies, Fell Flambeau magnifies any penalties on each the foe's stats.

Heroes	Accelerates Special trigger (cooldown count-1). If unit is not adjacent to an ally, inflicts penalty on foe's Atk/Spd/Def/Res during combat = 5 + any current penalty on each of those stats. (Example: if foe has -7 penalty to Atk, inflicts Atk-12, for a net penalty of Atk-19 during combat.) Calculates each stat penalty independently.	奥義が発動しやすい（発動カウント－１） 周囲１マス以内に味方がいない時、 戦闘中、敵の攻撃、速さ、守備、魔防－５、 かつ、敵が攻撃、速さ、守備、魔防の弱化を受けていれば、 戦闘中、敵の攻撃、速さ、守備、魔防が弱化の値だけ減少 （能力値ごとに計算） （例えば、攻撃－７の弱化を受けていれば、 －７－７－５で、戦闘中、攻撃－１９となる）
