Fell Breath

Fell Breath (Japanese: 邪神のブレス Evil God's Breath) is a weapon skill in the breath category which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; it is a personal weapon of Duma. Fell Breath boosts its user's attack, boosts its user's attack and resistance against a foe not at full HP, and denies those foes follow-up attacks.
