As Eliwood and Hector deliberate how to raise the money, one of Fargus's pirates, Dart, tells them they can get his services for free if they can get past his pirates, who have swarmed all over town, and speak to him. Fargus serves as the nominal boss of Chapter 16x/17x; attacking Fargus will result in a Game Over.
