Expel (Japanese: ディル Dear) is a white magic spell which was introduced in Fire Emblem Gaiden and only appears in it and its remake, Echoes: Shadows of Valentia. When cast, the spell instantly destroys many Terrors at once without having to fight them in the usual way, and is a useful tool in dealing with large, Conjured swarms of them. However, it is not guaranteed to remove every Terror. Additionally, in Shadows of Valentia, it only works within a limited range based on the caster's Attack stat, and it only works on basic Terrors while ones bearing the "Great Terror" classification are completely immune.
