Dull Close (Japanese: 強化無効・近距離 Nullify Strengthening · Close Range) is a three-tiered passive type B skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; the individual tiers of the skill are known as Dull Close 1, Dull Close 2, and Dull Close 3 in order from lowest to highest. Units with a Dull Close skill can, whenever their target wields a range-one weapon skill, neutralize any bonuses on the target; the HP threshold required for this to take effect drastically decreases with the skill's tier.
