Dragon Fang (Japanese: 竜穿 Dragon Fang) is an offensive skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Fates. Associated with the Nohr Prince and Nohr Princess classes, when activated its user unleashes a single attack with their damage output increased by an additional half. The skill is unique in that, when used in these classes or their promoted forms, Hoshido Noble and Nohr Noble, it depicts the user as transforming parts of their body into those of their dragon form to enhance the attack's power.

In Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS and Wii U, Dragon Fang manifests as part of Corrin's attacking animations. Corrin's forward smash and Dragon Lunge are based on the second part of their Dragon Fang animation as a Nohr Prince/Nohr Princess and their promotions, which involves stabbing the target with an arm spear, while Dragon Fang Shot is based on the final part of this skill's attack, which involves the user transforming their arm into a fanged mouth that shoots a water cannonball.

Trivia

  • Dragon Fang is the only offensive skill that is learned by base classes.
