Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon & the Blade of Light

The Dracoshield (竜の盾 Dragon Shield), known as the Dragonshield in earlier games of the series, is a stat-boosting item in the Fire Emblem series. It permanently boosts a user's Defense stat when used, except in Gaiden, in which it raises the user's defense and resistance when equipped, along with healing the HP of one who equips it by five points at the start of each turn.

The Dracoshield is available in every game of the series other than the Jugdral games, possibly in deference to the Shield Ring.
