Dean is a very powerful wyvern knight who joins you in chapter 14. Both his base stats and growth rates are very good, he has a good starting inventory, and joins with a powerful scroll to give to your other units. His high defense allows him to tank many hits, however, he must be careful of archers, which he is weak to, and mages, because of his low magic. He also suffers from dismounting so it's recommended to mostly field him for outdoor maps to keep his fatigue low. Dean is a solid unit overall and should not be ignored.

Dean, Hero of the Clear Blue Skies
After the war's end, Dean escorted the wounded Arion to the former region of South Thracia. Continuing to watch over him, Dean was later appointed the head of the reborn wyvern knights of Thracia. A few years later, he reentered the stage of world politics, his new post elevating him to a key role.
