The Dark Druid (災いを招く者, Wazawai wo Manekusha, meaning Calamity Bringer, romanized in-game as Basiliskglance) is a class exclusive to Nergal, the final boss and major antagonist of Fire Emblem: The Blazing Blade. A dark druid is a master of all types of magic, which makes them extremely powerful.
Nergal is an extremely powerful dark druid who has mastered all magic. He has the power to drain quintessence, an embodiment of life, from people. He uses this to create morphs, such as Limstella and Ephidel.
Unlike most magic users, they have high defense. They actually have high stats in all aspects; if they were playable they would be extremely useful units. However, they are an enemy-only class.
