Cunning Bow

Cunning Bow (Japanese: 謀略の戦弓 Strategic war bow) is a weapon skill in the bow category which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; it is a personal weapon of Claude. Cunning Bow boosts its wielder's speed, and inflicts significant stat drops on the target during combat if the combined stat bonuses on the user and stat penalties on the target are equal to or exceed 10. For example, if the user is under the effect of Rally Up Atk+ (+6) and the target is under the effect of Spd Feint 2 (−5), that combination (a total of 11) will trigger this skill's drastic stat drops on the target; alternately, if the user were under the effect of Rally Up Atk (+4), that combination (a total of 9) would not trigger the target's stats dropping.
