Crossbones Claw accelerates the cooldown count for its user's special skills, drops its target's Speed and Defense during combat and neutralize any effect that would prevent the user from making a follow-up strike while the user is not adjacent to any allies, and allows the user to makes their follow-up strike before the target's initial strike if they initiate combat while transformed and not adjacent to any allies.
