From today on, won't you act as our leader? There's no one we can depend on now that the royal family of Zofia's been destroyed. That's why we went before Sir Mycen, the great hero of Zofia, to tell him of our desires and beseech him to become our king. But for some reason, the general refuses to step up. Therefore, I would like you to command the liberation forces in his stead. That will enable the rest of us to fight to our heart's content. So, Alm. I'm counting on you. Please save Zofia." — Clive, Fire Emblem Gaiden
