Chilling Wind is a special skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes. Chilling Wind allows the player to deal additonal damage to the target based on a large percentage of its Resistance. Chilling Wind can be considered a weaker variation of two other special skills, one being Iceberg having the same effect but faster cooldown, the other being Glacies having the same cooldown but a stronger effect.
