Caltrop (Japanese: まきびし Spikes) is a shuriken that debuted in Fire Emblem Fates. The Caltrop is a weapon whose low might is made up for by respectable accuracy and an extremely strong debuff, although use does take its toll on the wielder. There is one catch to the Caltrop: It can only deal damage from melee range, unlike other shuriken also capable of ranged combat.
