Brightmare Horn

From Fire Emblem Wiki, your source on Fire Emblem information. By fans, for fans.

Brightmare Horn (Japanese: 夏夜の悪夢の角 Summer Night's Nightmare Horn) is a weapon skill in the beast category which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; it is a personal weapon of the summer variation of Freyja. If its user's HP is not low, Brightmare Horn boosts its user's stats, reduces the foe's damage based on the difference between the user's and foe's speeds, and neutralizes effects that prevent the user's follow-up attacks if they are transformed.
