Bow Experience is a three-tiered passive type C skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; the individual tiers of the skill are known as Bow Exp. 1, Bow Exp. 2, and Bow Exp. 3 in order from lowest to highest. Units with a Bow Exp. skill allows wielders of bow skills to boost their experience gained should the unit bearing the skill survive; tier 1 boosts only this skill's user, tier 2 expands the effect to all bow skill users on the player's team, and tier 3 increases the multiplier of the experience boost. Multiple Bow Exp. skills do not overlap; only one instance of the skill can be applied, and the highest tier deployed takes precedence.

Trivia

  • For some unexplained reason, this skill abbreviates the word "experience" despite the similar Axe Experience using the full word.
  • Bow Exp. became the first Experience skill eligible to affect multiple colors when the red, green, and blue bow weapon types were added to the game in the Snow and Ash update (Dragon Exp., which could have earned this distinction earlier, was not in the game at the time and still isn't in the game to date); prior to then, Bow Exp. was tied to a solely colorless weapon type.
