Binding Necklace

Binding Necklace (Japanese: 束縛の首飾り Binding Necklace) is a passive type B skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; Binding Necklace comes in only one tier. Binding Necklace is a skill that both boosts its user's stats and drops those of its target during combat when the user is not adjacent to any allies, while also effectively nullifying any of the target's bonuses and applying them to the user instead.
