Axebreaker (斧殺し Axe Slayer) is a skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Awakening. In Awakening and Fates, it is a class skill associated with the Hero class which boosts the bearer's Hit and Avoid by 50 when in battle against an enemy who wields an axe; in Heroes, it is a three-tiered type B passive skill (whose individiual tiers are known as Axebreaker 1, Axebreaker 2, and Axebreaker 3 in order from lowest to highest), and is a skill that, when fighting the user of an axe skill while this skill's user's own HP is at a certain threshold or higher, allow this skill's user to automatically make a follow-up attack and the axe skill's user cannot; the percentage of total HP required to activate the skill decreases with the skill's tier.
