The Armored Sword (Japanese: 剣重装兵ソードアーマー Sword Armor) is a basic armored class debuting in Fire Emblem: Genealogy of the Holy War. It is one of four weapon-specific variations of the Knight, specialising in the use of swords, and appears only in Genealogy of the Holy War, Thracia 776 and Radiant Dawn. It is statistically near-identical to its counterparts, the Armored Lance, Armored Axe and Bow Armor.

In Genealogy of the Holy War it promotes to General, and in Radiant Dawn it promotes to Sword General, itself a sword-focused variant of the traditional armored class. As it is not playable in Thracia 776, it does not appear to have a defined class change option.
