The Altered Golem (Japanese: ゴーレム・改 Golem Revision) is a monster class which debuted in Fire Emblem: Three Houses. They are heavily armored mechanical figures that seem to have been created by the Church of Seiros. It acts as a stronger successor to the Golem.

Though the Altered Golem lacks proper programmed stats, they tend to be defensively strong, having high defense as well as three large health bars. Unlike most monsters, the Altered Golem attacks using lances, which are made of powerful magic. Their skill in lances also makes swords comparatively ineffective against them. Though their resistance is lacking, their barrier ability, Anti-Magic Armor, provides them protection against magic attacks. However, they have low speed and movement, and, like most monsters in the game, their large size prevents them from moving through one-space-wide areas, further limiting their mobility.
