The Altered Demonic Beast is a monster class which debuted in Fire Emblem: Three Houses. Some are unknown members of the Adrestian Empire that have been transformed by the power of a Crest Stone, while some are knights of Faerghus that have used a Crest Stone to transform themselves. It acts as a stronger successor to the Demonic Beast.
Though the Altered Demonic Beast lacks proper programmed stats, they tend to be physically strong, having high strength as well as three large health bars, which are bolstered further by their high defense and Renewal. They can additionally breathe fire, igniting terrain and weakening the defense of their opponents. Moreover, their speed is also above average compared to most monsters, making them more difficult to follow-up against. Though their resistance is lacking, their barrier ability, Anti-Magic Armor, provides them protection against magic attacks. They have low movement, and, like most monsters in the game, their large size prevents them from moving through one-space-wide areas, further limiting their mobility.
