“ | Ha ha... Good. Very good. In confined spaces like this, my thunder magic devastates. The battle has already been won... I cannot lose. Combat is an equation. Those with intelligence have a natural advantage. Those imbeciles will not reach the Dragon's Gate. Never. I will bury them here in this forest! | ” | — Aion |

Aion (Japanese: アイオン ) is a Black Fang commander and the boss of chapter 18x (19x Hector) of Fire Emblem: The Blazing Blade. Aion is tasked to pick up where Uhai failed, in dispatching of Eliwood, Hector, Lyn, and their army, and boasts about how his thunder magic has an advantage in a confined space. It is not the lords and their army that pose the greatest threat to Aion, but a creation of his boss's, resulting in Aion being unable to utilize his magic and subsequently dispatched by the lords and their army.
