Concerning your question on creating pages...
Hello.
I'm not an administrator of any capacity, but I'd figure I'd answer your question, since two weeks have passed since you asked it: In order to create pages on this wiki, you apparently need to have made at least 50 mainspace edits, in addition to likely having been on the Wiki for a certain time period.
I know, it's inefficient as hell, but since the administration is inactive, there's really not much else we can do.
