The Strategist (Japanese: ストラテジスト Strategist) is an advanced mounted class debuting in Fire Emblem Fates. It is highly similar in function to the Valkyrie class of previous titles, in that it is a mounted class with access to both healing and offensive magic, but is not exclusive to females, unlike its predecessor. Units may promote to this class from the Troubadour class; Troubadours may alternatively promote to either Butler or Maid, depending on their gender.
