Hammerne: Difference between revisions
(This is worded strangely. Also, Hammerine doesn't work on items, so not sure why they're being mentioned.) |

The Hammerne is a staff in the Fire Emblem series. Its purpose is to repair weapons and, in some cases, staves to their full uses.
Hammerne appears in 10 of 14 games of the series, not appearing in Gaiden, the Jugdral games, or Fates. In the case of Gaiden, this is probably due to the game's lack of weapon durability; in the case of Genealogy of the Holy War, Hammerne's absence is probably in deference to the weapon repair shops; in the case of Thracia 776, Hammerne's absence is probably in deference to the appearance of the similar Repair staff. Hammerine is most likely absent from Fates due to the removal of the majority of the durability system, though staves and batons still have durability.
