(Japanese: ギース Geyse) is a dread fighter and major antagonist of Fire Emblem Gaiden. He is a pirate overlord with control over Zofia's western desert and oceanic regions. His underlings kidnapped Est, causing Catria and Palla to come to Valentia in search of her, and caused hardship for many people in Zofia. Sonya and Deen work under him, though they both hold grudges against him, and it is unknown how they came into his "employment".

He is fought in the middle of chapter 3, he is required, as Celica cannot open the western floodgate until his death, as he holds a Mila priestess hostage that has important information for Celica.

Hehehe… Foolish bastards. Did you come here just to die? Seems like I’m going to have to make you realize just what kind of power I, Lord Geyse, possess. Go get ’em, boys! Don’t let even a single one of them return alive!!
— Geyse, at the start of the chapter
Grr, is this already the end for my kingdom too? Then I’m gonna drag you all down with me to hell!
— Geyse
