The Elfire tome is a more advanced magic weapon in the FES. It consists of hurling several balls of fire at the enemy.
Elfire (Japanese: エルファイアー Elfire) is a recurring fire tome which debuted in FE1 and is present in all games except FE2. It is an advanced version of the basic Fire tome, and in games which feature the three separate schools of anima magic, it acts as the second "stage" of the hierarchy of fire magic as a counterpart to Elthunder and Elwind, and is itself surpassed by Arcfire and Bolganone. In games featuring anima magic or tomes in general only as a generalized weapon rank, it is ranked as a medium-level tome.

This spell is an anima tome of medium difficulty in Archanea, Elibe, and Magvel - in contrast to Jugdral and Tellius, where it is the second most basic fire tome after Fire.

Elfire has been available in all games, except for Gaiden.
