Eleanora (Japanese: エレノア Eleanor) is the mother of Eliwood and the wife of Elbert, and a minor character in Fire Emblem: The Blazing Blade.

Role

Eleanora first appears in Eliwood's tale in Chapter 11E, seeing Eliwood, Marcus, and Lowen off on their journey to locate her husband Elbert.

She also makes a brief appearance in the ending of either Chapter 22E/23H (if the player did not take the side quest) or Chapter 22E/23Hx (if they did), when Eliwood returns to Pherae via Athos's warping powers.

Trivia

• In the English version of Marcus and Isadora's supports, Eleanora is sometimes referred to as "Eleanor", which is her Japanese name.
• Eleanora is one of only three parents of a Fire Emblem protagonist to appear onscreen and survive to the end of the game, the others being Eliwood (in Fire Emblem: The Binding Blade) and Yelena.
• The unused Peer class is assigned to Eleanora's character data, though she appears as a Bishop in Chapter 11.
