Dheginsea, also known as Deghinsea in PAL regions, is the king of Goldoa, land of the dragon laguz. He is one of Ashera's Three Heroes who deafeated the Dark God Yune. He has three children: Almedha, Rajaion, and Kurthnaga. He has two grandchildren: Soren and another from Rajaion. He wishes to live in peace and tries to prevent the other laguz tribes from fighting.

In Radiant Dawn, he sides with Ashera after her judgement.
