Bride (花嫁) is an advanced female-only class exclusive to Fire Emblem Awakening. It exists only as a component of the downloadable content chapter "Another Story: Red vs. Blue (Blue Flame Chapter)", debuting as the class of Eirika in said chapter. Using the Bride's Bouquet which came as one of the rewards for completion of the chapter, any female unit can be reclassed to Bride. The class is similar to the Battle Cleric, using staves alongside melee weapons, here lances and bows.

The Bride does not exist in the game's data by default, and is only added to the game by the DLC package. As such, if a Avatar reclassed to Bride is sent via StreetPass to a copy of Awakening which has not purchased its DLC package, it shall appear in that copy of the game as an Otherworld Class.

Trivia

  • Curiously, for a class who was based around a redesign of Eirika, the Bride cannot use swords as Eirika did in her original appearance and her appearances as a SpotPass character in the same game.
