The Bolt Axe (Japanese: ボルトアクス Bolt Axe) is the sole magic axe present in the Fire Emblem series, debuting in Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance. Channeling thunder powers, attacks using the Bolt Axe are fuelled by the unit's magic stat and target the foe's resistance, instead of strength and defense.
