Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance

Rexcalibur (レクスカリバー Rexcalibur) is the most powerful wind tome in Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn. The wind counterpart to Rexflame and Rexbolt, it was found by Aimee as the Greil Army travelled to the Tower of Guidance, who gave it to Ike. It reappears in Awakening, downgraded to act instead as a wind counterpart to Thoron and Bolganone, a role usually filled by Tornado.

  • Rexcalibur exists in Path of Radiance, the predecessor of Radiant Dawn, but is unused. The spell is largely complete and, had it been implemented into the final game, would have served the same purpose as it did in Radiant Dawn, as the most powerful wind tome of the game. If one modifies their game by way of an Action Replay or similar device to gain access to it, it is in an almost complete and functional state and can be used by anyone with an S rank in wind magic; however, the map spell animation for it is incomplete.[1]
